Client Services Coordinator – VA

— OPTION 1: Must work 9 AM – 5 PM PST Time Zone, M – F (USA)
— OPTION 2: Must work 12 NOON – 8 PM PST Time Zone, M – F (USA)
— FT Position
— $450 a month pay

Full-Time Virtual Assistant Position. Fluent in English – Both Written and Verbal
40 Hours Per Week, FT – This means we are NOT looking for someone who is working for multiple companies.

We are a busy advertising agency in Southern California, USA. We are in need of full-time virtual assistants to work with us as our Client Services Coordinators delivering superior service to our clients. Our agency has been in business since 2006. You will be working full-time with us and you will be considered one of our regular team members.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• VERY IMPORTANT — You must work during the following times in the USA PST TIME ZONE.

• You must have reliable Internet access.
• You must have a reliable computer to work from.
• You must be familiar with common office software such as MS Word and Excel.

EXAMPLE WORK:
• Assistant work to Executives and Management Level team members.
• Answering, coordinating, and facilitating to complete client requests.
• Internet research and reporting.
• Database entry.
• Participating in phone calls and video calls with team and clients as necessary.
• Project or task coordination – working with team members, clients, and vendors to complete the project as necessary.
• Scheduling and event coordination as necessary.
• All traditional administrative duties that can be performed virtually.

COMPENSATION:
• $450 USD Per Month
• 14 Days – Paid Time Off Per Year
• Periodic Bonus Compensation Based on Performance, After 90 Days
• Financial Support of Supplies and MISC to perform virtually

EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:
• At least 1 year in a similar field preferred.
• College degree preferred but not necessary.
