About Crossgate Realty Media:

Crossgate Realty Media is a leading company in the real estate industry, providing top-quality real estate media services to agents. Our goal is to help agents showcase properties in the best way possible through excellent photography and video. We’re looking for an organized and motivated Client Services Manager to help coordinate our daily operations and support our growth.

Pay:
$1,200 – $1,800 USD/Month

Work Days/Times:
Monday – Friday 8am EST – 5pm EST

Your Responsibilities:
– Client Scheduling: Quickly arrange schedules for our services when orders arrive online or by phone.

– Photographer Coordination: Serve as the main contact for our photographers, organizing their schedules and facilitating clear communication.

– Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, assist clients with their queries, and provide outstanding customer service.

– Quality Assurance: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure our media products meet our high standards.

– Client Outreach: Proactively contact potential clients to explore potential partnerships and expand our client base.

– Social Media Management: Daily update our Instagram and Facebook with our latest projects to engage with our audience.

– Weekly Email Newsletter: Send emails to our client base with updates on promotions, events, new content, and recognitions.

The person selected for the role must speak english clearly and confidently. If the average American cannot hold an easy conversation over the phone with you please do not apply.

Someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both for internal coordination and in providing service to our clients.

A detail-oriented individual who ensures all work meets our standards of quality.

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing strategies is a plus.

A team player who is ready to collaborate and contribute to a positive working environment.
