Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee our clients’ construction projects and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the process. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in construction or has exposure to the construction field.
About the company: We are a construction consultancy firm focusing on delivering loft conversions in and around South London.

Responsibilities:
– Initiate all communication with clients during and after the construction stages
– Attend pre-con meetings and handle any client concerns independently
– Ensure regular contact with clients to check in on progress and address any concerns
– Coordinate with the pre-construction department to make sure clients’ concerns are addressed by the appropriate department.
– Document all communication with clients through CSM Tracker and establish a follow-up email to confirm the discussion and provide clients with a reference point in the future
– Manage and prioritize tickets through the ticketing system
– Create performance reports on builders’ performances and handle reports for future reference
– Maintain smooth client-builder coordination throughout the project period
– Conduct follow-up calls with clients for feedback and referrals after project completion
– Monitor contractor progress from the contractor board to pick up potential issues ahead of time
– Conduct onboarding calls to new clients.

Requirements and qualifications:
– Prior experience in client support or relationship management is a MUST.
– Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
– Experience in a WFH set-up or working with overseas client is preferred.
– In-depth knowledge of construction or exposure to the field is required.
– Proven ability in documentation and record keeping.
– Familiarity with customer support systems or project management tools specifically
– Possession of exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions to problems as they arise.

– Laptop or computer with a processor Core i5/ AMD Ryzen 5 or above.
– Nose-cancelling headset or microphone.
– Internet connection of at least 20MBPS with backup like prepaid wifi/mobile data.
– A high-quality webcam
