We are seeking an accomplished Client Services Manager to lead our client management and fulfillment teams to drive the success of client projects by leveraging your strategic acumen, adept project management skills, and deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead and oversee the client management team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client needs are met.
– Utilize strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
– Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans aligned with clients’ business objectives.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to the client success team to ensure exceptional client communication and satisfaction.
– Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
– Lead regular client meetings, presenting performance reports and discussing strategic recommendations.
– Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to enhance client value and revenue.
– Stay current on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to guide the team effectively.
– Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored strategies.
– Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

– Excellent English
– At least 5 years of proven experience in leadership roles within the digital marketing industry.
– Strong project management skills focused on communication, budget, time and risk.
– In-depth understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
– Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
– Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
– Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
– Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
