You’ll get full training and then once you’re established, you’ll have the pleasure of helping business owners build productive, safe and fun teams through helping them correctly implement everything we have trained them on.

To start, you will be involved with running recruitment processes as per the Performia hiring methodology so that you learn and become an expert at every step from role description preparation, ad writing, interviews and reference checks.

You’ll be communicating verbally and in written English, so need to be confident and make minimal grammatical errors.

Performia is a global Swedish company with offices in 26 countries. You’ll be working for the Australian office, servicing the Australian clients. Even though you’ll work from home, you will have plenty of interaction every day with the rest of the team based in Australia, Philippines and China.

This is a role with responsibility. Once you’re established you’ll be depended on so you need to be able to take initiative, ownership and be accountable.
