Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Success Advocate. The Client Success Advocate will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their entire customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
– Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals, and work to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
– Identify and escalate client issues to the appropriate internal teams, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
– Conduct client trainings and product demos, educating clients on our products and services and helping them to maximize their usage.
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and capabilities to best serve our clients.
– Analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, working with internal teams to implement solutions.
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
– Ensure client data is accurately maintained in our internal systems and tools.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
