We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Client Success Manager in ensuring that our clients’ needs are met and that they remain satisfied with our services. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their continued partnership with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Assist in nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Support the Client Success Manager in understanding client needs and expectations.
Help in identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Client Communication:

Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Handle routine client inquiries and direct complex issues to the Client Success Manager.
Coordinate and schedule regular check-ins and meetings with clients to discuss their needs and feedback.

Service Delivery Support:

Assist in ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.
Help monitor the progress of client projects and provide updates to clients as needed.
Work with internal teams to ensure that client requests and requirements are communicated and fulfilled promptly.

Client Retention:

Support the Client Success Manager in implementing strategies to retain clients and encourage monthly renewals.
Assist in preparing and presenting monthly reports to clients, highlighting the value delivered and future plans.
Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to enhance client satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Assist in preparing client-related documents, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate and manage client-related tasks, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Problem Resolution:

Assist in addressing and resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to the Client Success Manager and collaborate on finding effective solutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a client-facing or support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a customer success or account management role.
Experienced in social media marketing or short form content more specifically.
Familiarity with the industry and services provided by our company.
A proactive and client-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
