The Client Success Coach (CSC) plays a crucial role supporting day-to-day operations of 40 Days for Fitness (40DF), ensuring a transformational experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, pleasant, and passionate about helping others achieve goals. This position reports directly to Coach Nick and will additionally be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support the growth and success of the 40DF program including but not limited to; tracking data, CRM management,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding and Support
– Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documents are signed
– Set up client profiles in the 40DF app and CRM system
– Assist clients with technical issues and questions related to the app and program materials
– Monitor client progress and engagement, flagging any concerns for Coach Nick’s attention

2. Program Administration
– Maintain and update program tracking data
– Coordinate the creation & delivery of personalized client resources
– Schedule and manage calendar for 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions w/ Coach Nick
– Monitor and respond courteously to CLIENT inquiries and feedback across all platforms

3. Community Management
– Moderate and proactively engage with clients in the 40DF online community
– Foster engagement and support; Identify and share client success stories; find WoWs
– Identify & collect testimonials & referrals

4. Marketing and Social Media Support
– Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages
– Proactively cold DM leads & retargets; CRM management
– Proactively engage on Reddit & in comments

5. Reporting and Analytics
– Track key program metrics, such as client progression, retention, and satisfaction
– Prepare weekly reports on client performance for Coach Nick
– Identify trends and insights to inform program improvements and optimizations

6. Administrative Tasks
– Manage Coach Nick’s 1-on-1 calendar and schedule appointments as needed
– Process and track client progression
– Maintain accurate records of client information and program data
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., health and wellness, business administration, marketing)
– 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health and fitness industry
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in social media platforms, and basic analytics tools
– Familiarity with online community management
– Passion for health and fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
