We are looking for an experienced “A” player with a proven track record of excellence who loves to think outside of the box!

The Role:

The Client Success Concierge plays an important role in the seamless experience of our clients throughout their property journey. To ensure this, you will play a key role in facilitating effective communication and support mainly for the Client Account Managers.

Collaboration is a theme in your support efforts. You are adept at organizing and communicating important dates with clients and coordinating with brokers and other stakeholders at critical points in the property journey.

The Client Success Concierge goes beyond transactional interactions. You ensure a high level of satisfaction and efficiency which promotes trust between the team and the client.

The Responsibilities:

– Assisting the Client Account Managers with their day-to-day tasks and helping them with their requests.

– Sending preparation emails to the client to assist them with preparing for the meetings they have been booked in for.

– Follow up with clients who have yet to submit their forms 48 hours before their scheduled meeting.

– Sending documents and agreements to clients for signature via Dropbox sign.

– Assisting the Client Account Managers by drafting multiple emails daily for various occasions.

– Preparing meetings in advance by preparing all relevant documentation at least 24 hours before the meeting starts.

– When a property goes under contract, you will prepare a Key Dates document for the Client Account Manager to present to all parties involved.

– Assisting the Client Account Managers by updating the CRMS with the appropriate information and keeping all key dates up to date.

– Requesting desktop valuations through our third-party provider

– Preparing client portfolio assessment reports

– Keeping client information current and up to date with any relevant information that’s been submitted.

– At times, assisting with projects that fall outside of the above responsibilities.

– Speaking with clients and third parties through email and phone calls

Skills, Experience, Requirements:

– Intermediate Excel/Spreadsheet Skills (Formula expert)
– Google Suite proficient
– Exceptional written and verbal English skills
– Has very high attention to detail
– Highly organised
– Able to manage multiple tasks at once
– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
– A willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
