Role Overview:
The Client Success Consultant will be an integral member of our team, directly impacting our clients’ satisfaction and our company’s growth. Working closely with the General Manager (GM), this role will ensure client expectations are surpassed, and strategic outreach initiatives are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
– Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. Should all be Written Client queries.
– Coordinate and schedule client meetings and product demos, ensuring all necessary resources are prepped and available.
– Carefully follow up with the GM post-client calls to relay feedback and ensure alignment on next steps.
– Work in tandem with HQ on setting up and facilitating demos, ensuring seamless experience for clients.
2. Strategic Outreach:
– Collaborate with the GM to craft and execute a robust social media strategy for lead generation and brand promotion.
– Drive outreach initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn to foster connections and establish industry relationships.
– Develop and dispatch outbound prospecting communications, leveraging a variety of channels, to generate new client leads.
3. Sales Support:
– Aid the sales team in tracking and nurturing leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups.
– Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals, contracts, and other sales collateral.
– Stay updated with our product offerings, ensuring you can answer client queries or direct them to the right team members.
4. Administrative Duties:
– Assist in maintaining the CRM database, ensuring client data is accurate and up to date.
– Coordinate internally to ensure that all client-related tasks are executed effectively and in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years experience in client relations, sales support, or a similar role.
– Proficient in using CRM tools and familiar with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business outreach.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
– A proactive mindset, always seeking ways to improve and optimize processes.
– Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
