Client Success Executive

Full Time (40 hours per week – UK Time Hours, Fully Remote 9am-5pm)
£16,000-£18,000 per annum
Start Date – March 18th 2024

Recruitment Coach has been delivering coaching services for 20+ years

We provide a recruitment coaching community to recruitment business owners across the
world. The community is broken into two different memberships (those who are solo
recruitment business owners with a small team, or those that are wanting to scale with a big
team).

Our Inner Circle members pay monthly and in return they receive live Zoom coaching calls,
access to a learning management system with various resources, and access to a Facebook
and WhatsApp group as a platform to speak to their fellow members.

We are a small and close-knit team, therefore it’s a chance to join a business that is looking to
scale and grow, with a brand that has been established for 20+ years.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Executive to join our team and ensure the
success of our coaching community members. In this role, you will be the primary point of
contact for members, providing resources, support, and guidance to help them thrive.

Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer success, account management, or member support role, ideally within the recruitment or coaching industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with members

Proactive problem-solver with ability to anticipate member needs and provide solutions

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple member accounts and daily administrative tasks

Tech-savvy with experience using learning management systems (LMS), CRMs, and collaboration tools

Passionate about learning and development with a desire to immerse yourself in the
recruitment coaching world

Recruitment industry experience and/or prior experience working for a business coach
is highly desired

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for coaching community members, answering questions, providing resources, and ensuring their success

Be active in the LMS community, engaging with members and fostering connections

Watch all the transcripts/ 1-2-1 coaching calls that have happened (60+ per month)

You must be able to attend 8-10 weekly group coaching calls per week, these are 2pm and 4pm UK time for 60 minutes (being there as support in the chat)

Update and maintain members’ personalized action plans based on their goals and
progress

Analyze member engagement data to identify red flags and proactively reach out to inactive members

Present member status updates to the team, flagging anyone who hasn’t been active

Handle daily recurring administrative tasks related to members, such as ensuring LMS
content quality and updating CRM records

Immerse yourself in the recruitment coaching world, continuously expanding your knowledge to better support members

Contribute ideas for enhancing the member experience and improving retention

Other Benefits:

£16,000-£18,000 per annum salary
