We are looking for a Client Success Lead. As Client Success Lead, you will be responsible for driving client success & satisfaction and business growth through effective client management, marketing strategies & campaigns. You will be also be responsible to ensure that strategies are executed and that the team is on track with their deliverables. You will report directly to the CEO.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Onboarding & Management: Ensuring Client Success in each project by setting expectations, coordinating with client and team, being responsive to client demands; be the main liaison for account servicing

Developing marketing strategies: You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to help the Client achieve its business objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, determining the best channels to reach them, and developing messaging that resonates with them.

Managing marketing campaigns: You will oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, including advertising, email marketing, social media, and other promotional efforts, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively, on budget, and on time.

Conducting market research: You will conducts market research to stay up to date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities, using this information to inform marketing strategies and adjust campaigns as needed.

Tracking & analyzing data: You must be comfortable with data analysis, as you will be responsible for tracking the success of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Collaborating with other departments: You will work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Managing budgets: You will be managing the marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Leading a team: You will be responsible for managing the marketing team, ensuring that deliverables are finished on time and up to standard, and also coordinating with other teams (e.g. sales, customers, freelancers) as and when necessary.

You are a leader who is able to manage the team of full-time and freelance members
You are familiar with digital marketing channels and the best way to utilize them
You are a multi-tasker who is able to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
You are adaptable and customer focused
You have a minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing
