We are looking for a Client Success Manager who is ready to become an integral part of our team, available to work full-time in a client-focused, casual office environment with high integrity, dependability, and commitment to long-term employment.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
– $1100 USD Monthly
– 13th Month Pay
– $500 Yearly Equipment Allowance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Connect products and services to the Clients’ needs.
– Foster a long-term relationship with Clients to build loyalty and contribute to the success of the client and company.
– Develop a one-on-one relationship with the Client, mentoring them through the process of purchase and developing an ongoing relationship to grow the business
– Rather than waiting to be contacted after an issue arises, a CSM will identify ways they can help their clients achieve success
and will reach out proactively to provide support.
– Utilize existing relationships to expand reach into other departments and ask for internal referrals
– Must be able to onboard Clients, understand Client retention, and establish a good relationship with their clients.
– Starts the relationship with the Client during the sales process, listening carefully to their concerns ascertaining their needs, and clearly communicating the products and services that would be best for their industry and business.
– Serves as the bridge between sales and the Client, ensuring that a value-added sale is made, and the onboarding process begins as soon as possible for the Client.
– Liaison between company operations and Clients ensuring all expectations are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-3 years of sales or relatable background
– Project and time management skill set with problem-solving aptitude
– High-energy self-starter, Self-driven, and proactive
– Creative, resourceful, and extremely detail-oriented problem solver
– Exhibit signs of leadership, creativity, and a positive can-do attitude
– Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
– Passion for service & results oriented
– Willingness and ability to embrace incoming and outgoing phone communication
