We are seeking a motivated Client Success Manager to join our growing team. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring that the clients are satisfied with the services our company provides.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, conduct the onboarding process, and manage the contents for the clients
Manage and strengthen client relationships.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for a successful client outcome
Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers
Represent the voice of the client and mediate between the clients and the organization
Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk attribution
Improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and request
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role and client relations is a PLUS
Social Media marketing experience
Experience in content creation a plus
Experience working in a digital marketing agency experience is a plus
Comfortable in meeting and speaking with clients
Resourceful with keen attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
BPO experience is a plus
Committed to working long-term and fulltime
Amenable to working from 10 pm to 6 am PH time
Comfortable in using time tracker
