Client Success Manager

We run a fleet of rental Campervans (RVs). We are called Waka Campa and based in beautiful New Zealand.

**Overview of the Job Position**

This Client Success Manager position is the opportunity to work alongside the Head of Operations based in Auckland, New Zealand and a senior Client Success Manager based in the Philippines. You need to be capable of reservations and administrative tasks. Approx 40 hours per week.

**Job Responsibilities**

The tasks will evolve over time based on training and responsibilities.
We are looking for someone to help us manage the fleet and reservations (bookings):

Reservations: Manage quotes and reservations requests.
Support: Existing client with upcoming reservations or currently on the road.
Assisting customers with both reservations and support over emails, instant messaging, phone calls.
Ensuring that customers have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service.

**Required Skills**

Excellent English communication skills, phone, email and instant messaging
Ability to suggest and make improvement to internal processes over time
Great time management and unmatched organizational skills
Existing experience in a relevant role is a plus.

Flexible work hours, TBC with the team based on availability.
Flexible location, but must have good and stable internet connection.
