JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Client Success Manager at OLIVIA Professional Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and success in utilizing virtual assistant services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building strong relationships and maximizing the value they receive from our VA staffing agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
– Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
– Needs Assessment: Continuously assess client needs and preferences, providing insights to improve our services.
– Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.
– Client Education: Educate clients on our services, ensuring they maximize the benefits.
– Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or solutions to clients.
– Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in our services and processes.
– Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client retention and reduce churn rates.
– Reporting: Generate regular reports on client success metrics and share insights with the management team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Experienced Client Success Manager in a VA Staffing Agency or BPO setup
– Bachelor’s degree required
– Excellent multitasking abilities and initiative-taking
– Ability to act decisively, maintain discretion, and work independently with minimal direction
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Minimal or no accent in English)
