VA Role: Client Success Manager

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
1. Project Management: Handle all project management for six clients, ensuring that projects are always identified, tracked, and completed on time for each client.
2. Reporting: Responsible for reporting on accounts. You will be taught how to pull the report data, where to put it, and how to follow our process. This role involves data entry and repetition to get better at forming insights.
3. Time Tracking: Ensure that hours are properly tracked by contractors, including yourself, and input into time tracking software. Then send this to clients bi-weekly for updates on working hours.
4. Client Communication: Monitor and deliver responses to client communication, ensuring that all clients are getting quick responses via email or Slack.
5. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform ad hoc tasks on client accounts where needed.
GOOD TO HAVE:
– A background in Marketing or Media
– Experience with paid ads
– Experience with email marketing cycle/business development
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
– Proven experience in client relationship management.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in time-tracking software and reporting tools.
– Experience with any CRM and Project Management tools

– HS, Figma, Mirro, MS Suite, Google Suite, Reporting Ninja, Get Harvest, Slack, WordPress, Google Ads , Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush
