Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Onboard new dealer accounts, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition to our platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, understanding their unique goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns on behalf of the dealers, utilizing our campaign management platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as data strategists and marketing specialists, to develop effective data-driven strategies for dealerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
• Conduct regular account reviews and performance meetings with dealers to ensure their satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in automotive marketing and campaign management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in the automotive or marketing industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with dealers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign management, with a focus on data-driven approaches.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive performance improvements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with automotive industry trends, dealership operations, and marketing challenges is a plus.
• Proficiency in using campaign management platforms or similar marketing software is a bonus.
