ABOUT THE ROLE
Role: Remote Services Success Manager
Hours: Full-Time, 9am to 5pm PST
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Pay: Starting at $8/hr USD
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Onboarding new clients to our virtual assistant services
– Walking through the end-to-end process with the client, including hiring their VA and what their day-to-day should look like
– Gathering all necessary information with regards to training their VA and any campaign requirements they might have
– Facilitating the meet and greet with their selected VA
– Ensuring that all steps of the onboarding process are complete and that respective team members have completed necessary steps to get the client started
– Be the main point of contact for any client requests and communications, such as:
– Communicating any changes of schedule, PTOs, or absences of the VA
– Ensuring any additional training of the VA, if needed
– Handling escalations of any kind (like concerns with their VA, performance issues, or behavioral issues)
– Reach out to the clients to see if they have new initiatives and processes that the VA should be trained on
– Following up with clients if any documents or information is needed from them
– Ensuring that client’s billing is up to date and paid
– Conducting periodic performance reviews of the VA
– Help improve client retention by checking in with clients from time to time
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
– Success management (Client facing), team management or lead experience
– Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to work and help build a startup company
– Enjoys new projects, tasks, and workdays that look a little different every day
– Is wildly curious, enjoys the challenge of solving problems and streamlining processes (your mantra: work smarter, not harder)
– Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
– Remote work experience
– Loves working with a team and works well with various personalities
– Appreciates the details and takes pride in their work
– Great time management and prioritization skills
– Able to use software and technology comfortably
– Is coachable, can handle feedback from others, and
has the willingness to try new things
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
– Reliable internet connection
– Back up power and internet
– Good webcam and good headset
– Presentable background for video calls with clients
BONUS POINTS
– Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry or startup experience
– Knowledge and experience with CRMs, Airtable, Notion, or G-Suite
