What You’ll Do:

As our Client Success Manager, you will:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
3. Prepare reports on account status and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with our sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
5. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for young talent who are go-getters, with an unmatched desire to learn and the ability to multitask like a pro. You should have:

1. Proven work experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role.
2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
3. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
