Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist / Customer Service / Client Success Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST)

Salary: $3/hour + Performance Bonuses

We believe in providing the best service to our clients, and as such, we’re looking to hire an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist / Customer Service / Client Success Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are educated on the value and usage of our services.

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with the Facebook Ads Manager to ensure clients’ needs and goals are met through our advertising strategies.

Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with clients, providing support and addressing any concerns.

Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with clients, building trust and promoting client retention.

Assist in improving our client onboarding and customer service processes to increase client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a service-based industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional command of English.

Experience with Zoom and comfortable conducting video meetings.

Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing a great customer experience.

Good internet connection to facilitate online meetings and timely communication.

Ability to work in the PST timezone, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $3 per hour, with bonuses given upon meeting specific client fulfillment benchmarks.
