Job Overview
Moder is seeking a proven Client Success Manager to manage several key accounts. The primary focus will be to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product usage, and client retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, understand client success criteria, address questions, resolve issues and serve as a trusted advisor.

The ideal candidate should have mortgage industry expertise, a proven track record in account management, maintaining high client renewal rates, and outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively maintains high client satisfaction.
– Perform monthly / quarterly client success reviews that confirm satisfaction, address challenges and expand overall Moder product usage.
– Identify patterns to gain insights, provide guidance and increase client satisfaction.
– Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations.
– Work closely with Sales and Moder business units to share client insights and identify additional product and service sales opportunities.
– Document all new initiatives, milestones, and account review meetings in salesforce (CRM).

Requirements:
– Account management experience, preferably with large accounts
– Mortgage industry experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customer’s executive level staff, as well as internal management team
– Ability to multi-task across a vast set of responsibilities
– Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with the ability to communicate at all levels
– Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer needs and requirements
– Willing to travel periodically based on client and business needs
