Position Overview:
The Client Success Manager is pivotal in driving ARDENT’s relationship with our clients. This role is responsible for leading the client success team, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships, understanding our clients’ needs, ensuring satisfaction with our services, and selling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
– Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow our client base.
– Understand the profile of our ideal customers and how our services can meet their needs.
– Engage with potential clients, fostering long-lasting relationships.
– Set and track sales targets with the sales team.
– Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring standards are met.
– Recruit, train, and coach sales personnel, ensuring they fulfill their responsibilities.
– Host regular check-ins with the sales team to set daily objectives and track progress.
– Identify areas for improvement within the sales team and devise plans to address these gaps.
2. Client Relationship Building:
– Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our Operations team.
– Onboard new clients, ensuring they are adequately set up to utilize our services.
– Deepen relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
– Collaborate with operations leaders to resolve any client-related issues.
– Conduct quality assurance surveys, and implement findings to address areas of improvement.
– Regularly check in with clients to gauge their satisfaction and address any concerns.
– Update clients about new services to enhance their experience and expand sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales management, preferably within service-based companies.
– Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
– Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting sales data.
– Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and coaching teams.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
– Familiarity with ARDENT’s range of services is an advantage.
