Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Client Success Manager who excels in bridging the gap between our sales team and customers. This remote role is designed for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and sales, combined with proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a commitment to fostering strong, lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Act as the key liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and a deep understanding of client needs.
Proactively identify potential issues to prevent client dissatisfaction, acting quickly to resolve any concerns.
Use Salesforce and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations) to manage client records and communications efficiently.
Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, conducting regular engagements to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure client concerns are resolved swiftly and effectively.
Maintain a focus on client satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing excellent communication skills to manage inquiries and requests.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and sales, with a strong focus on relationship building and communication.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentation, and professional email) and other tools with the ability to manage client information and documentation effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
A quick learner with the capability to understand complex products and services, applying this knowledge in client interactions.
Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
