We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team and take charge of managing relationships with our clients. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and success by overseeing their Amazon PPC campaigns and providing strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding and Training:
* Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
* Provide training sessions to clients on our PPC strategies, tools, and best practices.
* Educate clients on the importance of Amazon PPC and its impact on their business goals.
2. Campaign Management and Optimization:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their Amazon PPC campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve client objectives, including ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), sales volume, and ROI.
* Conduct keyword research, ad copy optimization, bid adjustments, and other campaign optimizations.
3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
* Interpret data to make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
* Collaborate with the analytics team to develop custom reports and dashboards for clients.
4. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
* Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, discuss strategy, and address any concerns.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations to enhance their Amazon PPC efforts.
5. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing clients based on their needs and goals.
* Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals for upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns or similar digital advertising campaigns.
* Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other Amazon advertising features.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in client-facing roles and building strong client relationships.
* Certifications such as Amazon Advertising Accreditation are a plus.
