We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing support to help them succeed in going through our training program and scheduling interviews for medical sales, medical sales support and clinical specialist roles within medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities include:

Identifying top 20 companies with and for each client

Identifying and connecting clients to hiring mangers of medical sales and medical sales support positions

Maintaining Client Metrics regarding their progress through our training program

Ensuring clients have everything they need before networking with employees from the companies they want to work in

Ensuring Client are assigned medical sales mentors within the medical sales specialty of their choosing

Ensuing Client meet with their medical sales mentors twice a month for a total of 6 sessions

Making sure the client has a LinkedIn Profile that meets our standard and represents them well to attain the medical sales job of their choosing

Making sure each client has their mock interviews scheduled within the program

Ensure clients give a high satisfaction score throughout the program

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients are receiving the support they need
Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise with clients

Foster relationships with recruiters and hiring managers through Linkedin

Requirements:
Masters degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
2+ years of experience in a customer success or client management role
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
