Job Description:

As a Client Success Specialist for our Real Estate VA Agency, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services. You will be the face of the company to our clients, and your role will be critical in retaining clients and safeguarding our revenue. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing client onboarding processes and ensuring that clients are effectively using our services
Providing insights to improve our services and platform
Maintaining customer health by monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns that arise
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that clients’ needs are met
Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services
Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and working towards meeting and exceeding KPIs
Managing back-to-back bookings/calls with key stakeholders
Working directly with the CEO to finalize contract terms and pricing agreements.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers during the pre-sales phase to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor by recommending solutions or configurations that align with the clients’ requirements and maximize the value of the product or service of Expert VA
Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and other pre-sales materials to showcase the product’s capabilities and benefits

Post-Sales Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within their organization
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their evolving needs, track their satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Provide product training and guidance to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of their purchase
Act as the primary POC for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, and work cross-functionally to resolve them promptly
Drive clients renewals by establishing a strong customer relationship and showcasing the value delivered by the product or service

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the real estate industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Experience with CRM software, such as GoHighLevel, is a plus

Ability to persuade, pitch, and negotiate appropriately with customers
