Role: Client Success Manager

Full time | US (EST)

The Client Success Manager is to assist the development and growth of profitable new business and to develop and maintain effective key strategic relationships with existing clients. This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities and maintenance of existing client accounts to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop strong business relationships with key client stakeholders and partner to understand and suggest solutions to align with the client strategy.
• Prepare and present growth, client acquisition and revenue reports to the team.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively coming up with innovative solutions to meet their needs.
• Sustains strong rapport & relationship with key accounts Point of Contacts (POCs) by scheduling weekly touch base, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
• Includes management and fulfillment of deliverables of newly closed/renewed accounts.
• Monitoring of new/renewal business deliverables.
• Alignment of daily task completion with Project Manager received from various touch points and ensuring requests are properly attended to.
• Coordination with clients and Project Manager to ensure completion of support requirements within agreed quality and timelines.
• To reach out for new clients to get their basic information and upload it to the system.
• Other assigned tasks and duties as required.

Skills Required:

• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Asana, Agency Analytics, etc.
• Solid problem-solving skills, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong people and management skills.
• Have been exposed to dealing with challenging people/stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience or similar to the role
• Good project and time management skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Strong analytical skills & Organizational skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Above average communication skills both oral & written.
• Attentive to details and very keen on specifics on policies, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Able to think out of the box.
