Triforce Digital Marketing, a leading company in DIgital Marketing is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their value from our products/services.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective and timely communication. Listen actively to clients’ needs, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant departments within the organization.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, establishing a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their objectives.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth by upselling additional products or services that align with clients’ needs.

Customer Success: Monitor clients’ satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high customer retention. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support and product development, to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, client retention, and product adoption rates. Prepare regular reports and present findings to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field. Prior experience in marketing is highly desirable.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their requirements, and convey information in a clear and concise manner.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and offering solutions that drive mutual success.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. Demonstrated experience in developing account plans and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues or concerns effectively and find appropriate resolutions. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to drive decision-making. Experience in preparing reports, analyzing metrics, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
