We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, advising on effective marketing strategies, and collaborating with our sales team to maximize client lifetime value through strategic upsells. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining client satisfaction, achieving low churn rates, and driving an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS) from your client roster.

Job Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for their digital marketing needs.
2. Strategic Advising: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and advise on the best digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
3. Upselling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets.
4. Churn Rate Management: Achieve and maintain a churn rate of 5% or less through proactive client engagement and issue resolution.
5. NPS Score: Ensure a quarterly NPS score of 87% or better from your client roster, reflecting high levels of client satisfaction.
6. Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO specialists, Google Ads experts, and others, to deliver exceptional service and results to clients.
7. Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance, highlighting achievements and addressing any concerns.

Job Requirements
1. Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships.
2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Prior experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of client campaigns.
4. Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
5. Sales and Upselling Skills: Ability to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
6. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
