The client success manager role is the key liaison between our ad buying team, lead management team, and sales team with our clients.
As a true advisor for our clients and a project manager for our team, it is your overall responsibility to ensure that our team meets deadlines and that our clients get profitable results and a pleasurable client experience working with us, so they continue to do so.
The client success manager, will follow systems and procedures to onboard our new clients and clarify their brand, message, and expectations. It will then be your responsibility to guide their campaign by structuring their marketing strategy and getting their approval.
On an ongoing basis, you will be responsible for reviewing their campaign performance with them and setting clear expectations so they feel comfortable and confident that we can and will continue to deliver what they were promised.
It is the client success manager’s responsibility to identify opportunities in their campaigns by regularly reviewing their campaign analytics and ensuring that all campaign statistics are updated by our clients.
Where necessary you will need to coach the clients and hold them accountable to stay on top of their responsibilities and to direct our team to make adjustments to better serve our clients’ goals.
Ultimately, a client success manager will provide excellent guidance to both our clients and team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and achieving results so we can have an enduring and profitable joint relationship.

You’ll be directly responsible for:
Onboarding new clients by helping them structure their offer appropriately, setting their expectations, and clarifying their brand, patient avatar, & story
Onboarding clients into our dedicated CRM platform and ensuring that they’re updating it regularly by reviewing their stats and system
Training new client’s on effective best practices for lead management & in-office procedures by utilizing the resources available in our training platform
Ensuring that our team has everything they need to launch our client’s campaign and holding them accountable to get it done on time
Conducting weekly check-in calls or video updates with clients to review their campaign and financial performance, any challenges they’re facing, and new campaign updates
Identifying any opportunities to improve our clients’ results and then resolving or relaying them to our team or clients for assistance
Building relationships with our clients that turn them into raving fans resulting in referrals and positive reviews (we want our clients talking about us over drinks on the weekend with people that don’t even understand their business)
And attending weekly team huddles with our herd of marketing bulls to talk marketing science & strategies to improve our client’s results

Our dream candidate:
Has 2+ years of experience in online advertising with Facebook and/or Google Ads
Has 2+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management responsible for maintaining client relationships
Has an affinity for medical, holistic, alternative medicine approaches (that’s our clients)
Has a stable & reliable internet connection (it’s 100% remote)
Can work flexible, but rather normal business hours (9-5 eastern, M-F)
Can get started quickly
This role is completely remote however you will need to be comfortable sitting at a desk and working behind your computer for prolonged periods of time.
