The primary tasks for this job position will be:
Sales Tasks:
– Have the 2xYou Assessment Call with potential clients
– Create the Role & Responsibility spreadsheet from the client
– Create the 2xYou report for the client
– Update LAPS report
– Facilitate the Deep Dive Call with the client
– Process new leads from Scorecard or Calendly booking
– Create the new Client profile
Recruitment Tasks:
– Submit Role & Responsibility list to Head of Recruitment
– Work with Recruitment Head on weekly updates on the hiring of Client’s REA
– Updating Recruitment Head on the status of the applicant
– Reviewing skills tests from the applicants
– Run Culture Interview with applicant
– Run Final Interview with client & get feedback
– Updating Recruitment Head & HR Head on new hires
– Facilitating final interview with applicant and client
– Onboarding The Assistant
– Onboarding the REA with the Client (Kick Off Call)
Management Tasks:
– Work with Pod Manager on strategizing REA’s training and coaching
– Work with the Pod Manager on the REA’s task list, systems, and 2nd brain access
– Running 90-Day Program
– Assess the REA’s performance throughout the 90 day program
– Facilitate the weekly call with REA and client with the 90 day program
– Monthly retrospective and consulting meetings with Client with PM & OSM
– Regular check-ins with Pod Manager on how the REA & client are doing
– Prepare the sales call recording

– You live in Cebu
– You love working with clients and learning about different businesses
– You love learning and you are always working hard on making yourself better

– You’re brave and willing to take action where action is needed
– You’re a problem solver
Technical Requirements:
1. You’ve worked with foreign clients for at least 1 year.
2. You’ve worked with sales for at least 6 months.
3. You’ve managed a team for at least 1 year.

Salary Range is: Php 40,000-45,000 per month (depending on experience)
