You will be responsible for project management, client-facing meetings, meeting customer expectations and delighting the client with proactive communication, meeting delivery deadlines, overseeing projects, and communicating with the clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

– 3+ Years Experience in a Client Success Manager Role
-Minimum of 3 years experience in Client Account and Service Delivery
-Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a team, preferably in a remote setup
– Excellent Written English
– Fluent Spoken English, should sound as good as a native English speaker
-Excellent communication and presentation skills and is confident to speak with clients both over the phone and in virtual meetings
-Can demonstrate strong leadership skills
-Has good time management and multi-tasking skills
-Attention to detail along with experience in doing quality reviews
-Has initiative and can plan for the benefit of the team members
-Can work with limited to no supervision, is capable in decision making, and can effectively perform under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

– Responsible for taking 90-120 minute onboarding clients for the clients that are closed.
– Responsible for maintaining strong and positive client relationships through telephone, email, and video meetings.
– You must be a people person. This role is about building relationships and assisting the client to grow their business.
-Maintain written procedures, client reports, and internal guides ensuring that all processes are well documented and communicated to the client
-Run cross-functional daily meetings and drive teamwork among staff members
-Lead project teams, mitigate any potential conflicts, ensuring the team’s processes are carried out efficiently
-Can communicate with transparency and coach team members as needed
-Can utilize resource planning and management skills. Ensure staff members have enough tasks on a daily/weekly basis
-Can work with the Accounts Team regarding specific customer processes, as well as managing project estimates and budgets

ATTRIBUTES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

– Excellent Written English, which should be extremely professional and formal
– Fluent in Spoken English, should sound as good as a native English speaker (there is no cold calling involved here, calling is required only on follow-ups, callbacks, and inbound calls)
– Proven track record of consistency & discipline
– Charisma, extraversion & enthusiasm
– Open to training and coaching to excel in the position

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

– Fast Laptop/Computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac) (include a screenshot)
– Fast and reliable internet connection (include a screenshot)
– Quality Webcam (for team meetings)
– Good quality headset with microphone for crisp and clear communication with prospects.
– Must know how to use team communication tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, etc..

Timing: 8 am PST – 5 pm PST (US TIME ZONE)
Expect a long-term role with plenty of room for growth. Approx 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
