Role Overview:
As a Client Success Officer at Muftar, you will be the face and voice of our company to our esteemed clientele. Your primary goal is to ensure our clients realize the full potential of our offerings, leading to increased satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Onboarding new clients.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
– Understand client business goals and objectives, aligning Muftar’s services accordingly.
– Track and analyze client account metrics, identifying areas of improvement.
– Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely and successful product/service delivery.
– Handle and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal departments.
– Provide feedback to the product team based on client inputs, driving product enhancement.
– Conduct regular client check-ins, ensuring they’re leveraging Muftar’s features effectively.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven work experience in client success or account management roles, preferably in the logistics or tech industry.
– Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships at executive levels.
– Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex situations.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
– Base understanding of logistics / supply chain.
