Client Success Representative
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing all aspects of client communication, from onboarding to ongoing support and retention. Your goal will be to ensure clients are fully satisfied with our services, understand the value of our solutions, and continue to partner with us for their digital marketing needs.
Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary contact for client communications, addressing questions and concerns via calls and texts promptly and professionally.
– Conduct thorough onboarding calls with new clients to set clear expectations, understand their goals, and guide them through our processes and systems.
– Proactively monitor client accounts to ensure they are receiving the full benefits of our services, and address any issues or areas for improvement.
– Work closely with clients to retain them at the end of their term, negotiating renewals and upselling services when appropriate for a commission.
– Skillfully handle objections and resolve any dissatisfaction from clients, turning challenges into opportunities for client satisfaction and retention.
– Continuously set and manage proper expectations with clients to ensure a transparent and productive relationship.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on client goals, feedback, and strategies for enhanced client success.
– Keep detailed records of client interactions and status updates in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant team members are informed of client progress and needs.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in client success, account management, or similar role, preferably within the real estate or digital marketing industries.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
– Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
– Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
– A keen understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies, particularly within the real estate sector.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
– A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
