About Me:
I own Integrated Performance, we coach and mentor fitness professionals online. Due to rapid growth I’m looking to delegate some customer success tasks to a VA to allow me to continue to grow and deliver the best quality service to my clients.

Skills required:
• Fluent written & spoken English (This is non-negotiable as 100% of your communication with clients will be via Slack)
• Customer Support / Customer Success
• Admin & Data Entry
• Familiar in the use of Asana, Loom & Slack

You will be doing a variety of tasks (all of which I will create video tutorials for you):
• follow-up up with clients to ensure they are clear on next steps
• providing first-line customer support for questions, routing them to the appropriate resources etc
• proactively reaching out to clients to ensure engagement and accountability in our program
• posting inside the group to keep clients engaged and on-track, providing support & encouragement as needed
