Description/Information:
We are seeking a Client Success Specialist who excels in client-facing interactions and can effectively collaborate with various departments to deliver seamless support. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
– Assisting with client-facing interaction via phone call, email, and chat.
– Monitor referral incentive program for proper tracking and timely rewards.
– Collaborate with departments for existing client needs, offering seamless support.
– Update partner profiles to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
– Assist in Quality Assurance Tasks (reviewing client requests, etc.)
– Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as needed.
– Perform other client success-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Positive, collaborative spirit as this is a team oriented role
– Familiarity with CRM software or client management systems is beneficial.
– Knowledge of the industry or market in which our clients operate is a plus.
