Client Success Specialist

As a Part-Time Account Manager at BrandHNB Consulting Inc., you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for providing exceptional client management, customer service, and communication support. If you have knowledge about Amazon Selling, it would be an asset, but it’s not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding:
* Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through our processes.
* Address client inquiries and provide solutions to frequently asked questions (FAQs).

* Client Communication:
* Conduct biweekly client meetings over recorded Zoom video calls to discuss progress, updates, and any ongoing concerns.
* Foster positive and lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

* Monthly Reporting:
* Generate and present monthly reports to clients, summarizing key performance metrics and results.
* Collaborate with the client to set goals and track progress towards achieving them.

Must be able to speak fluent English.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in client management, customer service, or related fields.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using Zoom for video meetings.
* Knowledge of Amazon Selling (an asset, but not mandatory).
* Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
