Job Description

We are currently looking for a Remote Client Success Specialist (Healthcare) to undertake the following tasks:

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Become an expert in the partner’s software platform and all incorporated solutions
– Serve as the liaison between the partner’s technical department and the medical professionals utilizing the software
– Assist in providing technical support, support documentation, and quality assurance of the partner’s software to both new and existing users
– Review feedback from customers to recommend procedural and training changes to the Customer Support Team as appropriate
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
– Providing guidance on how to use the software effectively, including creating documentation
– Escalating complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate team or manager
– Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the software and industry trends
– Provide feedback to the development team on ways to improve the software based on customer needs and suggestions
– Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate assistance

Required Skills/Abilities:
– Energetic, positive, and confident attitude to work in the healthcare-software industry!
– Experience showing product demos or conducting webinars
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
– Capacity to learn new software products and adapt quickly
– Outstanding communication, listening, and presentation skills a must

Education and Experience:
– Two or more years of client-facing experience with demonstrated dedication to client satisfaction and success
– Experience in Healthcare preferred
– Ideally 1+ year of working in the software industry with a focus on Customer Support
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Preferred knowledge of Hubspot, JIRA Customer Portal, Zoom
– Tech savvy with familiarity of iOS, Android, MAC, and Windows devices preferred

Other Requirements:
– Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
– Flexibility and adaptability, and can work during US hours
– Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
