IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Efficiently onboard new clients and set them up for continued growth.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional ongoing experiences.
Collaborate with team members and partners to drive marketing expansion.
Manage retention and referral programs for retaining existing clients.
Own overall relationship with assigned clients from sales handoff through successful Ads setup, SEO implementation, or website launch.
Manage client expectations and timelines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Facilitate seamless communication and workflow between project team members and vendors.
Assist the sales team in driving and managing renewals.
Attend necessary Zoom Meetings and events as the role requires.
Prepare and deliver documentation, visuals, and presentations showcasing campaign performance.
Create repeatable processes and frameworks for efficient client onboarding and management.
Provide prompt responses to manager queries and adhere to policies and procedures.
Track and report on client results during internal meetings, highlighting areas for improvement.
Maintain and improve existing systems for streamlining client onboarding, support, and retention.
Document and resolve client issues revolving around products/services.
Ensure all client interactions and team coordination are accurately recorded and easily understood by the Supervisor.
Remain up to date on our products and services, demonstrating technical and strategic competence when communicating with clients.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
A ‘people person’ with a high drive to serve others, able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
Exceptional communication skills and prior experience in Customer Service, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
Proactive in identifying and addressing client needs and prioritizing communication.
Efficient in performing administrative tasks for smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
Prior experience in paid advertising and search engine optimization.
Ability to balance analytical thinking with strong presentation skills.
Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
Quick learner and able to execute tasks at a high level with speed.
Ability to work autonomously and excel in remote work environments.
Able to self-direct and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable thriving in a deadline-driven environment.
Generally reachable and responsive to team members (Slack/email) during Mountain time zone working hours.
Familiarity with Slack, GoHighLevel, Zoom, and ClickUp.
Quality internet for efficient virtual communication, especially on Zoom.
