About the role:
Our Company is looking for a Client Support Agent to join our dynamic and vibrant team. As a leading provider of innovative real estate software applications, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional customer service and support.
As a Client Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing front-line support and communicating with them in a confident and professional manner. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service & real estate knowledge to help our clients get the most from our growing products at MRI Software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by providing internal and external frontline telephone and email support for Vault CRM users and our integrated products. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with basic technical support tasks and troubleshooting issues for Vault CRM users.

Responsibilities:
Provide?first level support for our customers via the ticketing system and inbound support calls
Investigate and problem solve customer queries
Take ownership of Client issues and proactively follow them up to resolution
Communicate with clients directly in a confident and professional manner
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Maintain accurate records of client interactions within the ticketing system
Assist the support team with various day to day duties as they arise
Requirements:
2 years experience in a customer support role (preferably in software)
Experience within the Real Estate industry is highly regarded
Ability to learn new technology and evolve with Product development
Outstanding communication skills and phone etiquette
Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Intermediate MS Office skills (esp. Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work in a team and independently
Proven experience of your problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize jobs
