Position: Remote Client Support Manager

Location: Remote (9 AM – 6 PM EST required)

Compensation: $750/month during training; $950/month post-training + performance bonuses

Role Summary:
This vital position requires managing over 100 client files, acting as the primary liaison between clients, insurance companies, and medical offices. The role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, a mastery of customer service (C-2 level), and the ability to engage effectively over the phone. We seek a candidate who is not only highly organized but also enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Efficient management and oversight of client files.
– Seamless communication with clients, insurance companies, and doctors’ offices.
– Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions and proceedings.
– Engaging in comprehensive training to deepen understanding of workers’ compensation claims.

Qualifications:
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Proven mastery of customer service (C-2 level).
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
– Comfortable with extensive phone-based interaction.
– Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
