The ideal candidate will have agency experience and possess a unique blend of project management skills including budget and timeline management, estimation, and excelling as a technical liaison to your clients. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting the successful execution of small web development projects and is passionate about owning a client’s website and online presence. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, understand CMS implementations (like WordPress, Sitefinity, nopCommerce, etc.), enjoy client interactions, and are eager to contribute to the success of small-sized web build & enhancement projects, we want to hear from you.

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team at MedPro Disposal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our existing clients and managing their website needs. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing small to medium-sized Content Management System (CMS) implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. You will own updates and content management for your portfolio of clients, work to grow them and collaborate with
cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and foster relationships with an existing client base of small, maintenance-based clients.
• Own a large portfolio of smaller clients with varying levels of complexity and requests.
• Provide support to a smaller client roster with Team Lead to manage the incoming queue of web requests.
• Manage each relationship client with an understanding of current, previous, and future-based work.
• Resource and prioritize for clients and internal team members based on needs and availability.
• Accept incoming requests from established clients and process in a timely manner.
• Basic understanding of requests/issues in multiple CMS implementations, eCommerce implementations, 3rd party integrations.
• Recreate issues/perform testing and discern requests into requirements for the project team.
• Triage issues and website-related fixes and ensure complete delivery and quality assurance.
• Budget management and ownership of estimates to delivery, all invoicing and financial responsibilities in partnership with the internal finance team.
• Status documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing offerings as they pertain to SEO, marketing web development, and how each is interconnected.
• Full ownership of client websites to include facilitation of requests and management of all edits, content updates, troubleshooting, CMS functionality questions and testing.
• Project/support management of CMS implementations, eCommerce implementations, 3rd party integrations, and strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-5 years working as a project manager, support manager, or customer success manager
• Marketing agency experience managing a large portfolio of web-based projects for external clients is ideal
• A self-starter who has experience with task-based requests
• Experience working in various CMS platforms and ability to understand functionality and features: WordPress, Sitefinity, and nopCommerce are a plus
• Experience estimating Website Design and Development projects and tasks including making recommendations to current and prospective clients based on existing implementations
• Familiarity with Workfront or other project management software used for tracking projects, time entry, billing, and requirements for tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication, follow-up, and attention to detail
