We’re on the Hunt for a Client Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled communicator well-versed in technology and with background knowledge in marketing, recruiting, and SAAS platforms to be an integral part of our client support team.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Employ your expertise in time management to efficiently prioritize client issues, inquiries, and other support activities, ensuring that each client receives timely and attentive service while meeting all internal deadlines and operational requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, adeptly handling inquiries, feedback, and concerns via email and live chat support, ensuring prompt, clear, and compassionate customer service.

Utilize HubSpot CRM to its fullest potential, managing client information, interactions, and service history, ensuring that all client data is accurately captured and updated in real-time, and leveraging this data to enhance client relationships.

Execute established processes with precision, contributing to the continuous improvement of our client support operations by identifying, recommending, and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall service quality.

Balance a consultative approach with proactive problem-solving to assist clients in understanding and leveraging Yellowstone

Local’s technological solutions within the industries we serve, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility with key stakeholders and executives within each account through consistent, high-quality interactions and support.

Conduct comprehensive virtual or in-person business reviews that reflect client business goals and objectives, ensuring they fully grasp the value Yellowstone Local brings to their business.

Maintain a proactive stance in identifying and forecasting both risks and growth opportunities within your portfolio, taking appropriate action to mitigate issues and capitalize on opportunities.

Keep a finger on the pulse of customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors, using these insights to drive continuous improvement in our service offerings, client communication, and support processes.
