TaxProMarketer is a digital marketing agency based in Grandview, MO, with team members spanning the globe. If you enjoy helping others and working in a supportive team environment, we may have the perfect role for you here at TaxProMarketer. We’re on the lookout for a warm, skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Client Support: You’ll be the friendly welcome and the helpful guide for our clients, handling support tickets with a blend of timeliness and empathy. Your role will keep our clients feeling valued and understood, right from the first “hello”.
2. Phone Support: Whether it’s a call from a potential new client or an email from a long-standing one, you’ll be there to offer support, providing solutions and ensuring they feel at ease. It is a requirement to have EXCELLENT English with an American or British accent.
3. Project Collaboration: Dive into team projects that boost our digital marketing magic. Your input will help us improve and elevate the services we proudly offer.
