We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage client communications, schedule appointments, and assist day-to-day administrative tasks. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation as a responsive and customer-oriented company.
|Responsibilities:
» Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Ensure all communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
» Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars for multiple team members. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage reschedules and cancellations as needed.
» Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, report preparation, and other tasks as needed to support team operations.
|Requirements:
» Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
» Proficient in using Google applications and CSR software.
» Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
» Previous experience in a virtual assistant or similar role is preferred.
» A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
