JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Client Team Coordinator at Romano Law PLLC, you will play a pivotal role in managing client interactions and ensuring seamless communication between our legal team and prospective clients. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for client service.

YOU HAVE:

• At least one year of demonstrated sales or customer service experience.
• A great sense of humor that drives resilience and confidence, enabling you to navigate challenges with grace and positivity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. You’re always responsive and proactive to internal and external client needs.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
• Serve as the frontline liaison, speaking with inbound leads, taking detailed notes and ensuring they are paired with the appropriate attorney.
• Manage, maintain and track prospective inbound leads and ensuring a seamless journey through the pipeline.
• Meaningfully engage with clients, lawyers and prospects.
• Use a date-driven approach to track and analyze key metrics to gauge the success of the department.
• Proactively follow up with prospective clients and assist in guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Leverage creative problem-solving to think outside the box to ensure client satisfaction.
• Report to the Client Team Director, providing regular updates and insights.
