**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinic Coordinator to join our team. This fully remote position is pivotal in ensuring our clients attend their weekly psychotherapy sessions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health care, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-centric approach to service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Client Engagement and Retention:**
– Proactively manage client schedules to ensure consistent weekly attendance.
– Minimize cancellations and reschedulings by implementing reminder systems and follow-up protocols.
– Communicate effectively with clients to address any barriers to attendance and provide solutions.
– **Administrative Coordination:**
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including appointment scheduling and therapy progress.
– Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth scheduling and rescheduling processes.
– Utilize clinic management software to track client attendance and engagement metrics.
– **Customer Service:**
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
– Foster a supportive and welcoming environment for clients through empathetic communication and personalized service.
– Assist clients in navigating the onboarding process and understanding their treatment plans.

**Qualifications:**
– REQUIRED – Proven experience working in a similar role in a psychotherapy clinic.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client schedules effectively.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using clinic management software and other relevant tools.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
– A compassionate and client-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
– Must be able to work 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.
