Job Description

Assist us, an Unskilled Home Healthcare agency based in eastern standard time in the United States with the clinical administration of our business across the clinical functional areas. We currently have 5 people full-time in the office in EST in the USA, and we have two others that working remotely.

You must be available to receive calls, and do Zoom or Team video calls during weekdays of United States Eastern Standard Time – 8am to 4pm.

About You

Registered Nurse: You are a Registered Nurse.

Attention to Detail: You have a natural ability to catch the slightest discrepancies and maintain accurate in entering information.

Tech-Savvy: Beyond just being technology-capable, you are someone who can comfortably navigate multiple apps and platforms with ease.

Responsibilities

Manage scheduling queries by answering fundamental questions from both caregivers and clients.

Diligently monitor the schedule, identifying who hasn’t clocked-in or out, and ensuring there are notes added to shifts when required.

Review care plans against schedules and pinpoint discrepancies.

Prepare detailed reports comparing authorized, scheduled, and completed shifts.

Engage with caregivers to provide them with care plans for clients, addressing any questions related to app issues or shift specifics.

Ensure efficient data entry for newly onboarded caregivers across all company apps.

Maintain and manage electronic documents and files within our Sharepoint system.

Build and nurture relationships with caregivers, acknowledging significant milestones like birthdays and anniversaries.
