Clip Selector for my Youtube Animal Channels

I need people to look on the internet for videos with animals for my channels. We have a few things to keep in mind while doing it so there is some learning involved but don’t worry, I will teach you everything you need to know. I’ve had a lot of successful channels.

Your salary would start with 300$ and you will get a raise for each channel that blows up. When all channels are blown up, your salary will be doubled, so it would become 600$. It should take a few months.

When this happens, you will start earning bonuses for a specific number of views. The views are directly corelated to the quality of videos you provide. If the videos respect the criteria that I will share with you, you will make a lot of money with these bonuses.

My current employees make 200$+ every month just from bonuses and there is more room to grow.

I am only looking for long term partnerships so PLEASE do NOT contact me if you only want to “give it a shot” or if you don’t intend to take this job seriously. Also I would preffer working with people that don’t have any side projects going on.

WHAT AM I SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR:
-you must to be coachable and apply what I am teaching you
-you must speak english fluently ( more important, understand it )
-you like american humor, you understand what type of videos american people would like to see
-you like animals, especially dogs and cats
-consistent quality, every video should respect what I am teaching you
-you are a creative person
-you will care about these channels as much as I will, this is the only way to make quality videos.
-younger people are prioritized

THINGS THAT WILL END OUR COLLABORATION
-you lie to me ( this is the most important one, if it happens once our collaboration will instantly end )
-you don’t consistently respect what I will teach you. As I said, every video should be top quality.
-you miss multiple sessions. Our channels will depend on your work. Not posting on them would damage the algorithm. Only real emergencies are allowed for missing videos. Like serious health problems or family issues.
-you are lazy and you aren’t doing your best to make good videos.

Of course, I will always tell you when something is wrong and needs changed. I will give you warnings if you are not respecting what I’ve said above, except for lying. No warnings there.

Your salary can increase even more if you show me that you deserve it. I just need you to apply what I will teach you and be consistent with it.
